Foam centered display board offer a lightweight solution for mounting internal prints and internal signage.

It consists of a foam centre sandwiched between two layers of thin coated card. AXIS CNC can print directly on to Foam Core and contour cut using optical knife cutting.

Available in sheet size: 2440 x 1220mm in 5mm and 10mm

Valchromat

Valchromat is a wood fibre panel that is coloured throughout and engineered for high physical performance. Manufactured in different colours, dimensions and thicknesses.

Plywood

Plywood is a type of manufactured wood made from thin sheets of timber that are glued together so that adjacent plies have their wood grains at right angles to each other for greater strength.

MDF

MDF is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high pressure and temperature.

Foamex

Foam PVC or Foamex is a lightweight material with good mechanical and insulation properties. It has good chemical resistance with low water absorption and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is often used for signage and displays.

Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate is available in clear, white and opal qualities. It is a very tough substrate although the surface is softer than acrylic and can be scratched and softened with solvents. Mainly used in glazing and security applications.

Perspex

Acrylic or Perspex is available in many different colours and thicknesses. This is the most common plastic material we are asked to cut, in any thickness up to 30mm. The main business sectors for this are for display and signage.
