This composite material, Dibond or Aluminium Composite or Skybond, comprises of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two layers of thin aluminium.
This gives a very strong, yet lightweight, rigid panel that requires special cutters and fabrication techniques.

A range of colours are available, in gloss or semi-gloss, along with a range of metallic finishes. AXIS CNC can print directly onto all ACP panels and contour cut using optical router cutting.
